Abstract

A project is a temporary endeavour undertaken to create a unique product or service It has also been described as " a combination of human and nonhuman resources pulled together in a temporary organization to achieve a specified purpose". A project has also been defined as a combination of organizational resources pulled together to create something that did not exist and that will provide a performance capability in the design and execution of organizational strategies.
